York’s Edible Gardens Open Day

As part of Edible York, the growing beds at the Red Tower on Foss Islands Road are included on the list of York’s edible growing beds which are open to the public on Saturday 8 July 2017. Come and visit us and see how we are involved with this incredible effort to grow free food for all in public places.

Also open is:

Low Moor Community Kids’ Allotment – 10:00-12.00 Kilburn Rd, off Fulford Rd. Post code YO10 4JG. The Kids’ Allotment is immediately alongside the allotment car park. Visit and see the allotment at work tended by the group of children.
